My investment approach

 From our first meeting to the realization of your goals, I’ll be at your side every step of the way. 

Step 1: THE FIRST MEETING

At our first meeting, you’ll help me understand who you are, your current lifestyle, and the lifestyle you hope to attain. This will serve as the basis of our collaboration. In order to move forward, we will need to keep two factors in mind: where you are right now and where you want to go. 

 Your true, current situation is a snapshot of your income, taxes, savings, and assets. 

There’s no single destination. These are your plans – no matter how crazy they may seem. And each plan has its own specific budget, deadline, duration and outcomes.

STEP 2: STRATEGY 

After studying your personal situation, I will present you with a strategy that we will implement to reach your goals. This involves optimizing three points of leverage: your ability to borrow, your ability to save, and your savings. 

Your estate may include real estate investments and/or financial investments, with your own money and that of the bank. These investments may be direct, or through the use of legal structures, all while optimizing your tax situation.

STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION

As a French-regulated Financial Investment Advisor (CIF), holder of a Professional Real Estate Card (Carte T), Banking and Payment Services Broker (COBSP), and Insurance Broker (COA), I can offer you a wide range of financial, real estate and banking solutions, on a stand-alone or combined basis, to support your projects.

In partnership with a network of specialised professionals (notaries, lawyers, tax advisors and chartered accountants), I directly manage the research and selection of assets and financial products, as well as all administrative actions and documentation.

STEP 4: MONITORING AND SUPPORT 

Once our plan has been implemented, we will keep in touch regularly to monitor the progress of each of your plans and to continue exchanging ideas.

Every achievement will generate new plans, which will serve our initial strategy.
